  • Styr alla enheter från din smartphone eller surfplatta med en bekväm WiFi -anslutning medan du kan hålla dig varm i ditt hus eller din bil och styra alla enheter i teleskopet utan att röra vid det.
  • Fjärrstyr din Canon EOS eller Nikon DSLR eller spegelfri kamera: ställ in de parametrar du vill (antal bilder, exponeringstid, ISO, dithering, fördröjning mellan bilderna, etc.), börja sedan ta en  bild eller en sekvens.

  • Fokusera din DSLR eller spegelfria kamera: tack vare ett speciellt förenklat läge där du kan fokusera på de minsta detaljerna i din bild, flytta fokusen manuellt och på distans tack vare SESTO SENSO och SESTO SENSO 2 -motorer eller ESATTO mikrofokuserare.
  • Styr den datoriserade monteringen: anslut handdatorn på din datoriserade montering till en av USB -portarna på EAGLE CORE och använd SkySafari PLUS eller PRO (säljs separat) för att styra den från din enhet som är ansluten till EAGLE CORE WiFi. 

Monteringar som redan testats med EAGLE CORE:

  • Sky-Watcher monteras med SynScan handplatta (firmware minst 4,39)
  • Celestron fästen med NexStar+ handkontroll

  • Kontrollera autoguide-kamera: tack vare den integrerade autoguide-programvaran korrigerar den automatiskt följningsfel för teleskopets montering (kompatibel med QHY5II-L, ASI120MM-S, ASI120MC-S, ASI178MM, ASI290MM, ASI290MC och Lodestar)
  • Använd dithering: för att minimera elektroniskt brus och få en bättre bild när du staplar fler bilder av samma objekt
  • Ström upp till 3 enheter (12V): tack vare kablar och adaptrar som tillval kan du driva DSLR -kameran, monteringen, etc. direkt från EAGLE CORE, vilket eliminerar behovet av andra batterier och andra externa strömförsörjningar.

Ordering

Products on the online store are ordered by adding them to the shopping cart and by paying them with an online checkout service. All customer information is handled confidentially. Contact information collected during the order process is only used for the delivery of the order, unless otherwise stated. When placing an order you are required to accept the terms and conditions.

Payment and payment methods

The online checkout service in use is Paytrail. The payment methods are invoice, installment payment, card payment and payment via online bank.

Order and payment confirmation

After we have received your order we will immediately send you an order confirmation that contains your order information. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have questions regarding your order, contact our customer service immediately. Keep the order confirmation in case you need to contact our customer service. Make sure that you have your customer number and order number available when contacting our customer service. Always make sure that the package contents matches the order confirmation.

Shipping methods and fees

Shipping fees include shipping and packaging fees. We will present an estimate of the shipping fees in the shopping cart. The exact shipping fees are visible when you have chosen your preferred payment method and shipping method for your order. The available shipping methods vary depending on the products and the combined weight of the products in the shopping cart. 

Delivery time

Our most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the product and delivery method in question. Exceptions to delivery times are stated. We will notify you about the possible delays right after your order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect losses caused by delays. The online store will inform about exceptional delivery times on the website.

Warranty

All of our products have at least a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer. Warranty-related issues can be dealt either directly with the manufacturer or with Astro Art Store. 

Warranty does not apply to faults that have been caused by:

a) incorrect maintenance, lack of maintenance, or lack of calibration

b) software, parts, or equipment that have not been delivered by Astro Art Store

c) unauthorized modifications or misuse of the product

Return conditions

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without declaring the reason. The deadline for canceling this agreement ends 14 days after you have received the last shipment of your order. If the product is downloaded, the deadline for canceling this agreement is 14 days after you have downloaded the product.

To use your right to cancel, you need to send us an unambiguous notification of your decision (for example by phone or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but it is not required. To comply with the 14-day deadline you need to send the notification before the deadline.

Effects of canceling your order

If you decide to cancel this agreement, we will return your payment in full, including the shipping costs (only the amount of the cheapest available shipping method). The payment will be returned without a delay, and within 14 days after you have received the cancellation confirmation.

Return fees are on the responsibility of the customer. The items must be returned to the address of Astro Art Finland with the same method as they have been delivered to the customer. 

We will return the payment by using the same payment method as the original payment, unless both parties agree otherwise. The payment is returned in a way that the you will not get any extra fees.

You must send the items back without a delay and within 7 days of receiving the cancellation confirmation. The deadline has been complied with, if you send the items back before the 7-day deadline.

You are only responsible for such decrease in value of the items that is not caused by handling that necessary to test for operation, features, or functionality of the items.

Unredeemed package

Failure to redeem your delivery is not the same as returning or canceling your order. We will charge a fee for unredeemed orders that have not been canceled according to return conditions.

Problematic situations

If the item has been lost or damaged during delivery or it does not correspond to your order, you need to use our contact information to inform us within 14 days by mail, email or by phone. The contact information can be found in "Return conditions". If the package has clearly been damaged during shipping, you need to inform the delivery company immediately.
